Terms and Conditions

1) This Campaign is a limited period campaign sponsored and launched by ITC Limited (“ITC”). 

2) The Campaign is open only for Indian citizens who are currently residing in India. Participants below the age of 18 can participate only with the consent of their parent(s)/legal guardian (“Participant”). By participating in this campaign, the Participant agrees that consent from parent/legal guardian has been taken. 

3) The personal information of the Participant being collected as part of this campaign are: name, mobile phone number, email ID and photo(s) . By sharing their personal information with ITC, the Participants consent to its collection, storing, processing and use of such personal information by ITC and its affiliates, associates, agents, contractors and other third parties for the purpose of this campaign.

4) Personal information given by the Participants shall be used to generate a personalised AI Generated Photo(s)/Video(s). Through the campaign website, the Participant shall be able to view and download AI generated photo(s)/video(s) on their smartphone. 

The personal information is being collected by ITC, and ITC shall be considered as the primary data collector/ data fiduciary for all purposes including for the purpose of data privacy obligations. 

5) It is hereby clarified that ITC shall not retain any copy(ies) of the Participant’s photo or any video (if generated by the Participant). The Participants also have an option to withdraw their consent in relation to usage of personal information. The Participants may reach out to itccares@itc.in for such withdrawals. 

6) By consenting to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, the Participants acknowledge and consent to transfer and/or disclosure of their personal information by ITC to any third-party.

7) By participating in this Campaign, the Participants consent to their photo/image being appropriately modified/edited for the creating AI generated photo(s)/video(s) using the personal information submitted by the Participant.  

8)  By participating in the Campaign, Participants release ITC and the vendors involved in the administration, fulfilment and execution of this Campaign from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant agrees that ITC and its vendors involved in the administration, fulfilment and execution of this Campaign, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by the Participants against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Campaign.
